Frequently Asked Questions
What is the idea behind GrandTracker?
The idea for GrandTracker came from a desire to keep track of information about grandkids and family members, and to have that available at our fingertips in one place. We wanted to design something that would remind us ahead of important events (birthdays and anniversaries), and be a place where notes and other information could be kept that would help grandparents and parents remember important information. GrandTracker is part of the GrandConnect suite of services and information that together assist grandparents in building strong influential relationships and connections with their grandchildren.
